WE HAVE A DATE!

Hello All–

Here’s your breaking news–the reunion will be held the weekend of September 21st and will be a three-day celebration.  Details are being finalized, but it’s looking like this:

Friday:  5pm tours of Webster and CHS before the varsity homecoming game.  We will have bleachers set up in the south end zone.  7pm game.  9pm post-game gathering at location TBD that will have ample space, drink specials for us and an outdoor area option.

Saturday:  Working on family-friendly events to hold in the afternoon.  Reunion with food trucks to be held beginning at 7pm at Cedars Bowling Center, and we will have exclusive use of the lanes that evening.  There will be appetizers and silent auction/raffle set up inside and weather permitting a 40′ outdoor pole tent.

Sunday:  Bloody Mary’s/brunch at a location TBD.

Additionally, for those not able to make it into town that weekend, and based on the survey responses, we are going to set up a tent with beer/soda/water with a class banner July 4th in Cedar Creek Park immediately following the parade.  This will be communicated on Facebook, email and in the News Graphic in the July 3rd paper.

We will host a similar class happy hour the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving again for those coming to town.  Location TBD.
